W\u00e4hrend dieser Sitzung werden nacheinander 7 bis 16 Muskelgruppen zun\u00e4chst angespannt und dann bewusst entspannt, gelockert und gel\u00f6st. Die Anleitung erfolgt in Ruhe in einer entspannenden Umgebung, sodass man sich ganz auf sich selbst konzentrieren und dabei nach und nach immer mehr entspannen
